Working in healthcare can be wonderfully rewarding, exhausting, unpredictable and sometimes lonely. A working life is about more than shifts and payslips. It's about the people you meet, the decisions you make and the plans you hope to build.
Nestie Bestie is being created as an independent place to explore career paths, find practical tools, have a laugh and hear from others who understand life around shifts.
